Zaterdag 7 oktober: 14h – 17h
20 €
De Vloer @ Nest (verdieping +3 oude stadsbibliotheek).
In the three hour period, participants will be introduced to 5 principles which effect a movement’s communicative ability. Through guided improvisations participants are encouraged to follow the nuance of energies manifesting in their movements – to be present, in the now, without plans.
The workshop nurtures a nonjudgmental, sensory receptive mind, allowing participants to confidently work outside habitual movement patterns and comfort zones. Acute awareness to the power of the moment expands creative freedom and one’s response-ability on stage.
